Chicopee Granby Road Solar is a solar power facility located in Chicopee, Massachusetts, within the Northeast Power Coordinating Council region. With an operating capacity of 1.6 MW, the plant harnesses solar energy to generate electricity. It operates under the ISO New England power control area and is managed by Citizens Enterprises Corp, which is also the majority owner. The facility is unregulated and is part of Citizens Corporation. The primary power purchaser for the energy produced is Chicopee Electric Light, making it a key contributor to the local energy supply.
