Cherry Street is an internal combustion power plant located in Hudson, Massachusetts, within the Northeast Power Coordinating Council (NERC) region. The facility operates with a capacity of 14.6 megawatts and is part of the ISO New England power control area. The plant is operated and majority-owned by the Town of Hudson, which also serves as the owner holding company. Utilizing gas as its primary fuel source, Cherry Street operates under an unregulated status, allowing for flexibility in its operational and financial strategies.
