Charlotte Solar is a solar power facility located in Charlotte, Vermont, operating under the Northeast Power Coordinating Council. With an operating capacity of 2 MW, the plant harnesses solar energy to generate electricity. It is managed by Altus Power, which is also the majority owner, with TPG as the holding company. The facility operates in an unregulated environment and supplies power primarily to Vermont Electric Power Producers, contributing to the region’s renewable energy landscape within the ISO New England power control area.
