Champion Wind Farm, located in Roscoe, Texas, operates under the Texas Reliability Entity within the ERCOT power control area. This wind turbine facility boasts an operating capacity of 126.5 MW and is managed by EON Climate & Renewables North America, which is also its majority owner. The plant is unregulated and is part of the larger RWE Aktiengesellschaft holding company. Champion Wind Farm harnesses wind energy to supply power, with Rivian Automotive as its primary power purchaser.
