The facility is managed by GRE Fund 4 LGB4 and is classified as unregulated. The majority ownership is held by Goldman Sachs Renewable Power Operating Company, under the holding company MN8 Energy. The plant utilizes solar energy as its primary fuel source, contributing to the region’s renewable energy portfolio.
