CED Westfield Solar is a solar power facility located in Westfield, Massachusetts, within the Northeast Power Coordinating Council region. With an operating capacity of 2 MW, the plant harnesses solar energy to generate electricity. It is managed by Consolidated Edison Development, which is also the majority owner, under the holding company RWE Aktiengesellschaft. The facility operates in an unregulated environment and supplies power primarily to the Westfield Gas & Electric Light Department, contributing to the local energy grid.
