Operated by Team Solar, this unregulated facility harnesses the sun’s energy to generate electricity. The primary power purchaser is San Diego Gas & Electric Company, ensuring that the energy produced is efficiently distributed. The plant is majority-owned by Axio Power, which is part of the SunEdison holding company, reflecting a commitment to renewable energy solutions in the region.
