Canton Mountain Wind is a wind turbine facility located in Canton, Maine, within the Northeast Power Coordinating Council region. With an operating capacity of 22.8 MW, the plant is managed by Competitive Power Ventures and operates in the ISO New England power control area. As an unregulated facility, it is primarily owned by Competitive Power Ventures, which is part of the CPV Group. The plant harnesses wind energy to generate electricity, with Groveland Town of serving as the primary power purchaser.
