BWC Unity Pond is a solar power facility located in Waterville, Maine, within the Northeast Power Coordinating Council (NERC) region. The plant operates with a capacity of 4.5 megawatts and is integrated into the ISO New England power control area. The facility is managed by Navisun, which serves as both the plant operator and majority owner. The ownership structure is supported by OMERS Administration Corporation, the holding company. As an unregulated entity, BWC Unity Pond harnesses solar energy, contributing to the region’s renewable energy portfolio and supporting sustainable power generation initiatives.
