Buckthorn Wind is a wind turbine facility located in Dublin, Texas, within the Texas Reliability Entity (NERC Region). With an operating capacity of 100.5 MW, this unregulated plant harnesses the power of wind to generate renewable energy. The facility is managed by Capital Power Corporation, which also serves as the majority owner and holding company. Power generated at Buckthorn Wind is primarily purchased by JPMorgan Chase & Co, contributing to the growing demand for sustainable energy solutions in the ERCOT power control area.
