Briel Solar Farm is a 20 MW solar power facility located in Sandston, Virginia, within the SERC Reliability Corporation region. Operated by Briel Farm Solar, this unregulated plant harnesses solar energy to generate electricity, contributing to the PJM Interconnection power control area. The majority ownership lies with NextPower III, which also serves as the owner holding company. The primary power purchaser for the energy produced at the farm is MP2 Energy, ensuring a sustainable and renewable energy source for the region.
