Boulder Park

Boulder Park is a regulated internal combustion power plant located in Spokane, Washington, within the Western Electricity Coordinating Council (WECC) region. With an operating capacity of 24.6 MW, the facility is owned and operated by Avista Corporation, which also serves as the majority owner and holding company. The plant utilizes gas as its primary fuel source and is connected to the Northwest Pipeline for its gas supply. Currently, there are no primary power purchasers associated with the plant.
