The Blake Solar Plant, located in Charles Town, West Virginia, operates under the ReliabilityFirst Corporation NERC region. With an operating capacity of 80 MW, this solar facility harnesses the power of the sun to generate renewable energy. The plant is managed by Opdenergy SA, which is also the majority owner, under the holding company Antin Infrastructure Partners SAS. As an unregulated facility, the Blake Solar Plant supplies energy primarily to AEP Energy, contributing to the PJM Interconnection power control area.
