Blackwell Creek Solar is a solar power facility located in Central Point, Oregon, within the Western Electricity Coordinating Council (WECC) region. The plant operates with a capacity of 1.35 megawatts (MW) and is managed by Blackwell Creek PM. As an unregulated entity, Blackwell Creek Solar is primarily owned and operated by Blackwell Creek PM, which also serves as the holding company. The facility harnesses solar energy, utilizing the sun as its primary fuel source, and contributes to the power control area of PacifiCorp E+W.
