Big Spring Solar is a solar power facility located in Clear Spring, Maryland, operating under the ReliabilityFirst Corporation NERC region. With an operating capacity of 2 MW, the plant contributes to the PJM Interconnection power control area. The facility is managed by Big Spring Solar and is classified as unregulated. The majority ownership is held by Aes Clean Energy Development Holdings, a subsidiary of The AES Corporation. Additionally, PIP5 LUMOS is noted as another owner of the power plant.
