Bedford Solar is a solar power facility located in Bedford, Virginia, operating under the ReliabilityFirst Corporation NERC region. With an operating capacity of 3 MW, the plant harnesses solar energy to generate electricity. It is part of the PJM Interconnection power control area and is operated by Bedford Solar. The facility is unregulated and is majority-owned by O2 Energies EMC, which also serves as the owner holding company. The primary fuel source for the plant is sunlight, and its electricity is primarily purchased by The Town of Bedford.
