Bear Mountain Limited is a gas turbine power plant located in Bakersfield, California, within the Western Electricity Coordinating Council region. With an operating capacity of 48 MW, the facility is managed by WGP Acquisition and operates under an unregulated status. The majority owner is ContourGlobal Limited, which is held by KKR & Co. The plant utilizes gas as its fuel source and is connected to the Mojave Pipeline Company for its gas supply. It operates within the California Independent System Operator’s power control area, although it currently has no primary power purchaser.
