Barton Solar Farm is a solar energy facility located in Barton, Vermont, within the Northeast Power Coordinating Council region. With an operating capacity of 1.9 MW, the plant harnesses solar energy to generate electricity. It is managed by Barton Solar and operates in the ISO New England power control area. The facility is unregulated and is primarily owned by Essex Capital Partners, which also serves as the owner holding company. The solar farm utilizes sunlight as its fuel source and supplies power to Vermont Electric Power Producers.
