Barilla Solar is a solar power plant located in Fort Stockton, Texas, within the Texas Reliability Entity (NERC Region). With an operating capacity of 30.2 MW, the facility harnesses solar energy to generate electricity. The plant is managed by Leeward Renewable Energy, which is also the majority owner, alongside its holding company, OMERS Administration Corporation. As an unregulated entity, Barilla Solar operates within the ERCOT power control area, supplying energy primarily to Luminant Energy Company.
