Antelope Expansion 3A is a solar power facility located in Lancaster, California, operating under the jurisdiction of the California Independent System Operator within the Western Electricity Coordinating Council. With an operating capacity of 15 megawatts, this unregulated plant harnesses solar energy to contribute to the region’s renewable energy portfolio. The facility is managed by The AES Corporation, while the majority ownership is held by Alberta Investment Management Corporation, which also serves as the owner holding company. Other owners of the power plant include The AES Corporation.
