The ANP Bellingham Energy Project is a combined cycle power plant located in Bellingham, Massachusetts, within the Northeast Power Coordinating Council region. With an operating capacity of 595.9 MW, the facility is managed by the ANP Bellingham Energy Company and is unregulated. The plant primarily utilizes natural gas as fuel and is connected to the Algonquin Gas Transmission pipeline. Dynegy Power America serves as the majority owner, under the holding company Vistra Corp. The power generated is supplied to the ISO New England power control area, although there is currently no primary power purchaser associated with the plant.
