The Aidlin Geothermal Power Plant, located in Cloverdale, California, operates under the jurisdiction of the Western Electricity Coordinating Council. With a capacity of 20 MW, this facility utilizes geothermal technology to generate renewable energy. The plant is managed by Calpine Corporation, which also holds the majority ownership alongside its parent company, ECP ControlCo. Operating within the California Independent System Operator’s power control area, the Aidlin facility is classified as unregulated. Other owners of the power plant include Calpine Corporation.
