With an operating capacity of 4.8 MW, the plant harnesses solar energy to contribute to the Florida Municipal Power Pool. Operated by Ace-Stanton, the facility is unregulated and primarily owned by Greenwood Energy I, under the holding company Libra Holdings. The primary power purchaser for the plant is the Orlando Utilities Commission, ensuring a sustainable energy supply for the local community.
