A L Pierce is a gas turbine power plant located in Wallingford, Connecticut, within the Northeast Power Coordinating Council (NERC) region. The facility has an operating capacity of 94.6 MW and is managed by Hull Street Energy, which is also the majority owner and holding company. The plant operates in the ISO New England power control area and is classified as unregulated. It primarily utilizes gas as fuel, sourcing it from the Algonquin Gas Transmission pipeline. The plant currently has no primary power purchaser.
