The solar power facility located at 7448 Candlewood Road in Hanover, Maryland, operates under the jurisdiction of the ReliabilityFirst Corporation within the NERC Region. With an operating capacity of 1.5 MW, this plant is integrated into the PJM Interconnection power control area. The facility is managed by Hartz Solar, which is also the majority owner, alongside Hartz Mountain Industries, the holding company. The plant operates in an unregulated environment, utilizing solar energy as its primary fuel source. Additionally, Bloom Energy Corporation is recognized as another owner of the power plant.
