3Colton is a solar power facility located in Millbury, Massachusetts, operating under the jurisdiction of the Northeast Power Coordinating Council. With an operating capacity of 3.4 megawatts, the plant contributes to the energy needs of the New York Independent System Operator’s Power Control Area. The facility is managed by Next Grid Colton and is classified as unregulated. The majority ownership is held by Madison Energy Holdings, which is a subsidiary of EQT AB (publ). Additionally, Duke Energy Progress is recognized as another owner of the power plant.
