13 Mile Solar is a solar power facility located in Battle Creek, Michigan, operating under the jurisdiction of the ReliabilityFirst Corporation within the NERC region. With an operating capacity of 2 MW, the plant contributes to the energy needs of the Midcontinent Independent System Operator’s Power Control Area. The facility is managed by 13 Mile Solar and is classified as unregulated. The majority ownership is held by Pine Gate Renewables, which also serves as the owner holding company. Additionally, ALLETE Clean Energy is recognized as another owner of the power plant.
