Hyliion Holdings Corp. and Victory Clean Energy Inc. have signed a non-binding Letter of Intent (LOI) to facilitate the release of up to ten KARNO generators for H2 Energy Group (H2EG) hydrogen production plants. The units, driven by hydrogen-rich syngas from renewable biomass, will be used to enhance operations at H2EG’s green hydrogen production facilities. The first five units are expected to be released to H2 EG in late 2025. Each generator will have an estimated energy output of 200 kW and a combined capacity of 1 MW. The deal allows H 2EG the potential to buy an additional five units.
