House Republicans and one Democrat have criticized the Biden administration initiative, “BideH,” which aims to manage “biological integrity, diversity, and environmental health” at national wildlife refuges. The lawmakers fear that predators and invasive species will gain ground while farmers and refuge supervisors lose flexibility.
