Monticello Hills Wind Plant, operated and owned by Liberty Renewables, is a forthcoming renewable energy project located in Richfield, New York. With a planned capacity of 36 megawatts, this wind turbine facility is set to harness wind as its primary fuel source. The project is currently classified as unregulated under U.S. regulatory standards and is expected to come online in 2028. It will be integrated into the New York Independent System Operator’s power control area, contributing to the region’s sustainable energy goals and enhancing the overall energy mix.
