Boulder-Elkhart Wind is a wind energy project located in Kelowna, British Columbia, with a planned capacity of 94 megawatts. Operated by Elemental Energy, a subsidiary of JH Investments, this project is positioned within the jurisdiction of the British Columbia Hydro Authority. As a foreign entity, Elemental Energy holds both operational and ownership rights to the project, which is set to utilize wind turbine technology as its primary energy source. The Boulder-Elkhart Wind project is expected to come online in 2028, contributing to the region’s renewable energy portfolio and supporting sustainable energy initiatives.
