EDP Renovaveis SA (ELI:EDPR) announced that its renewable power plants produced 18.9 TWh in H1 2024, a 5% increase from the previous year. The increase was due to new additions and normalisation of wind conditions in the US, higher average megawatts in operation in Europe, and solar capacity additions in the APAC region. EDPR added 0.8 GW of power generation capacity to bring its portfolio to 16.6 GW at the end of the first half of 2024.
