US private equity firm True Green Capital Management LLC (TGC) has partnered with Korean-German photovoltaics expert Qcells to install up to 450 MW of solar power projects across the United States. The partnership will promote community, commercial, industrial and grid-scale solar projects, led by Qcells’ EPC arm, Qcells Enable. Qcells will also supply American-made solar panels from its fully integrated factory in Cartersville, Georgia, set to start commercial production in late 2024. TGC, which specialises in renewable energy infrastructure, will invest in the projects.
