US green data centres developer Soluna Holdings Inc (NASDAQ:SLNH) has signed a wind power offtake deal with EDF Renewables and UAE-based renewables developer Masdar to power its second data centre project in Texas. The deal includes a power purchase agreement (PPA) of an undisclosed term for clean electricity for Project Kati, which will be co-located at a wind farm owned by EDF Renables and Masdar. The data centre will be realised in two phases of 83 MW each. Soluna will now focus on securing land leases and ERCOT planning requirements to advance the project’s development.
