So far, 14 other Republicans have signed on to the anti-carbon tax resolution, including Sen. Kevin Cramer (R-N.D.), who has also been working on CBAM legislation. The “Prove IT Act” is being proposed as a concept that could pave the groundwork for a climate tax without actually implementing one.
