Arkansas Republican Rep. Rick Crawford has announced his bid to lead the top GOP role on the Transportation and Infrastructure Committee next year. This will face current Chair Sam Graves, who is seeking a waiver to remain in his position. Crawford, the second-most senior Republican on the committee, currently chairs the Highways and Transit Subcommittee. Graves served two terms as ranking member before becoming chair this year.
