Recom Technologies has introduced its new Lion 450-W bifacial solar panel, featuring an all-black design with a silver frame, offering a 30-year warranty and up to 20% more energy yield in low-light conditions. The module, based on heterojunction technology, also offers a biffaciality factor of up to 90%. It uses n-type technology to reduce power losses and eliminate potential issues like potential-induced degradation (PID) or light-induced degrade (LID), resulting in a lower levelized cost of energy (LCOE). The module retains 91.25% of its nominal power in the 30th year after the warranty start date, ensuring long-term performance and return on investment.
