PearlX Solar is creating a lasting impact in Central California by providing 800 apartment residents with discounted power and increased cash flows for building owners via lease payments. The company has begun construction on two large-scale rooftop solar installations in Atascadero and Dry Creek Apartments in Paso Robles, California. The systems will provide 800 residents with reduced power at no upfront cost and increase building owners’ cash flows. PearlX’s long-term goal is to provide clean energy to 25,000 apartment renters by 2025 through a $100 million investment from Antin Capital Partners. The Solar installations will also reduce California’s carbon emissions, resulting in improved air quality.
