Nevados’ Solar Trackers to Qualify for Domestic Content by Q2 2025, Boosting Tax Credit Opportunities for Developers.

Nevados has announced that its solar solar trackers will qualify for domestic content by Q2 2025. The company’s All Terrain Tracker, designed to fit undulating terrain into components, will be delivered by the end of the year. The announcement comes after Nevados announced a manufacturing partnership with Priefert Manufacturing, an East Texas family-owned business that manufactures torque tubes, structural fasteners, controllers, and rails from American-made steel. This partnership has allowed for more reliable production and a lower overall carbon footprint for Nevados customers. Domestic content enables developers to qualify for the 10% additional tax credit under the Inflation Reduction Act. To receive this bonus, all manufacturing processes for steel and iron components and 40% of manufactured products must take place in the United States.
