Morale Rises Among Civil Servants at Energy and Environmental Agencies, EPA Ranked Fifth in Employee Satisfaction.

The Partnership for Public Service has revealed that morale among civil servants at energy and environmental agencies has increased, despite the administration’s green agenda. The study ranks the top 10 rankings for agencies of all sizes, based on employee recommendations and satisfaction levels. EPA, Energy and Interior all ranked among the top ten agencies in their respective categories, with all three also improving their scores from the previous year. EPA was ranked fifth for midsize agencies, with a 77.9 score in 2023, higher than the 75.6 score from the prior year. The agency’s ranking is part of its anticipated “Best Places to Work” study.
