A majority of voters in Washington state are in favor of repealing the state’s carbon cap-and-trade program, according to a recent poll by Scott Rasmussen’s RMG Research. The survey asked 800 registered voters their feelings about repealing the program. More than half of the respondents supported repeal, with 45 percent either strongly favoring or somewhat favoring an end to the carbon market. In contrast, 39 percent of respondents were opposed, with 16 percent unsure.
