Industrial gases company Linde is set to invest $2 billion to build a clean hydrogen facility for supplying hydrogen to Dow’s (DOW.N), a production complex in Alberta, Canada. The facility, which will be the largest clean hydrogen production site in Canada by 2028, will also supply to other customers. Linde had previously announced a $1.8 billion investment in another clean hydrogen plant in the U.S. The company plans to capture over 2 million metric tons of carbon dioxide emissions per year for sequestration.
