Lawmakers Brace for Supreme Court Ruling That Could Overturn Chevron Doctrine and Shift Regulatory Power to Congress

Lawmakers are preparing for a potential Supreme Court ruling that could overturn or scale back a 40-year legal doctrine, the Chevron doctrine, which helps federal agencies defend their rules against lawsuits.
