GE Vernova, an energy company, will spin off from General Electric (GE) on April 2, according to the company. The announcement was announced as part of GE’s separation into three public companies focused on energy, aerospace, and health care. Starting April, GE Vernova will be independent and led by CEO Scott Strazik. The spinoff will complete GE’s transformation into three independent, investment-grade industry leaders.
