FranklinWH Energy Storage has unveiled a new generation of its whole-home energy management solutions at the RE+ tradeshow. The aPower 2 lithium-iron phosphate battery system features a 15-kWh capacity and 10 kW of continuous output power, and has extended its warranty to 15 years or 60 MWh throughput, over 10,000 cycles. The battery can be stacked up to 225 kWh or 15 aPowers per aGate. The company’s intelligent controller, aGate, now features easier installation and wiring, a generator module, and Bluetooth to avoid internet interruption. The FranklinWH App has been enhanced with revamped visuals, a smart voice assistant for hands-free commands, and new energy data analysis.
