EPA Senior Adviser for Agriculture Rod Snyder Announces Departure After Key Achievements in Farming Outreach and Policy.

Rod Snyder, the EPA’s senior adviser for agriculture, is leaving the agency, announcing his last day on Wednesday. Snyder led outreach to the farming community and tackled issues such as the renewable fuels standard and pesticide regulations. He also highlighted milestones under his tenure, including releasing a food loss and waste national strategy and distributing federal funding for rural drinking water systems and climate-smart agriculture.
