Energy-Storage, a battery storage company, recently signed a deal to put together US-made cells and ITC modules at one site from end-to-end. The company is taking advantage of the success of its Utah-based module production and is taking more control, and deeper layers of control, of the system. It also announced that they had the approval of the Fire Department of New York to put systems in New York City. Fluence is looking to deploy more and more of these systems in order to improve their market participation and operations and maintenance.
