Competitive Power Ventures Group (CPV Group) has begun construction on a 114-MW wind farm in Pennsylvania, its third scheme located over repurposed former coal mine land. The Rogue’s Wind site will be equipped with 19 Vestas turbines and is expected to produce enough power to meet the annual power needs of about 32,000 local homes when it is operational. The facility is set to start commercial operations in 2026. This is the first project tied to CPV’s partnership with Harrison Street.
