BLM Seeks Permanent Idaho State Director with $221,900 Salary Following Major Reorganization and Leadership Changes.

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has begun the search for a permanent state director in Idaho, a position created after a major reorganization of its deputy director positions. The position requires a top annual salary of $221,900 and requires the ideal candidate to oversee a broad program of conservation, recreation, and commercial uses. This comes after the former Idaho director, Karen Kelleher, was reassigned as part of a national headquarters shake-up and was named deputy director of state operations.
