Arevon Energy, Inc. and Meta Platforms have partnered for the Kelso Solar Project in Missouri, bringing 349 MW of renewable power to the state of Missouri and providing economic benefits to the region. The project will generate power to support Meta’s operations with 100 percent renewable energy and will provide job creation and revenue for local governments and schools. Arevon Energy will own and operate the solar project, which is expected to start operations in late 2025. The partnership with Meta reflects Arevon’s commitment to sustainability and accelerating the transition to renewable energy in the US. The company has over 3,500 MW of assets in operation and over 1,000 MW under construction, and secured over $1 billion in financing for its Eland 2 Solar-plus-Storage Project in California.
